Ladies! Our Fall 2018 Session of fitness classes starts in just under 2 weeks... join us! You'll get a full-body workout, including cardio, strength and toning and a relaxing stretch -- all to great contemporary Christian music with a fantastic group of women!
All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. We have women who prefer to stay all low impact and others who prefer to hop and jump. Either way, you will get a great overall workout, including that all important strength training that so many of us could use more of :) In addition to our full workout, we dance, sing, pray, encourage and just plain enjoy each other's company. And we LOVE newcomers, so come give it a try!
